The easiest way to put a vegetarian twist on a middle eastern favourite. These 2 ingredient morsels of plant-based goodness will steal the show!
Ingredients
1 tub Lisa’s Tomato, Capsicum & Almond Pesto Dip (OR YOUR FAVOURITE LISA’S PESTO DIP)
1 pack Bean Supreme Beetroot Burgers (OR YOUR FAVOURITE BEAN SUPREME BURGER)
Salt and pepper
1 tsp olive oil
Method
- Break up your Bean Supreme Burgers into a bowl to a ‘mashed’ consistency.
- Add your favourite LISA’s dip to the bowl and mix well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Form the koftas using your hands and by using 1 1/2 tablespoons of burger mix per kofta.
- Heat a non-stick fry pan to medium heat and add a teaspoon of sunflower oil.
- Fry until golden, turning constantly.
- Serve warm or chilled.
