Hummus punched up to a verdant hue with avocado – just as good as a dip or a luxurious addition to any meal! Feel free to add any other greens like fresh spinach or herbs for more texture, flavour, and colour.
Ingredients
1 tub LISA’S Original Hummus
½ ripe avocado
Salt and pepper
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
OPTIONAL: Pomegranate seeds, parsley or coriander.
Method
- Process all ingredients to a blender or food processor until smooth. Alternatively mash in a bowl with a fork or masher.
- Scoop into a bowl and serve with pomegranate seeds and herbs for garnish.
- Serve with sliced veggies, chips or our try our homemade crackers.
