Béarnaise Sauce

Our Béarnaise is made with eggs, peppercorn and tarragon. Named for the French region from which it hails, it is the perfect accompaniment to a grill, delicious spooned over Portobello mushrooms or drizzled over roast vegetables. While your meal is still hot, pour or spoon over sauce from the jar. Do not heat sauce separately, it may split.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil (antioxidant (307b)), egg yolk (12%), water, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, tomato, salt, sugar, tarragon, black pepper. Contains Egg and Sulphites. May contain traces of dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy and sesame. Gluten Free.

Hollandaise Sauce

A creamy emulsion of egg seasoned delicately by our chefs with a touch of lemon. The finishing touch for Eggs Benedict or Eggs Florentine. Delicious drizzled over steamed or grilled asparagus. While your meal is still hot, pour or spoon over sauce from the jar. Do not heat sauce separately, it may split.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil (antioxidant (307b)), olive oil, egg yolk (12%), water, white wine vinegar, lemon juice (6%) (from concentrate), salt, sugar, black pepper, colour (160a). Contains Egg. May contain traces of dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy and sesame. Gluten Free.

Hollandaise Lite Sauce

A creamy emulsion of egg seasoned delicately by our chefs with a touch of lemon – but lightened with olive oil for a healthy option. The perfect topping for Eggs Benedict or steamed asparagus. While your meal is still hot, pour or spoon over sauce from the jar. Do not heat sauce separately, it may split. Contains 59% less fat than Kato Classic Hollandaise Sauce.
Ingredients: Water, sunflower oil (antioxidant(307b)), egg yolk (8%), lemon juice (8%) (from concentrate), sugar, olive oil, white vinegar, modified starch (1422), salt, pepper, thickener (415), colour (160a). Contains Egg. May contain traces of dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy and sesame. Gluten Free.
