Black Bean Pesto Koftas
Scrumptious and bursting with flavour, these 2 ingredient morsels of plant-based goodness will steal the show.
Ingredients
1 tub Lisa’s Tomato, Capsicum & Almond Pesto Dip (OR YOUR FAVOURITE LISA’S PESTO DIP)
1 pack Bean Supreme Beetroot Burgers (OR YOUR FAVOURITE BEAN SUPREME BURGER)
Salt and pepper
1 tsp sunflower oil
Method
- Break up your Bean Supreme Burgers into a bowl to a ‘mashed’ consistency.
- Add your favourite LISA’s dip to the bowl and mix well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Form the koftas using your hands and by using 1 1/2 tablespoons of burger mix per kofta.
- Heat a non-stick fry pan to medium heat and add a teaspoon of sunflower oil.
- Fry until golden, turning constantly.
- Serve warm or chilled.
Creamy Coriander Pesto Dip
Zesty, fresh, and delicious as a dip, dressing or sauce.
Ingredients
1 cup of Coconut Yoghurt (OR YOUR PREFERENCE OF YOGHURT)
1 tub of Lisa’s Coriander and Sweet Chilli Pesto Dip (OR YOUR PREFERENCE OF ANY LISA’S PESTO DIPS)
OPTIONAL: Herbs, nuts and spices to serve
Method
- Mix yoghurt and Lisa’s Pesto Dip in a bowl.
- Option to garnish with herbs, nuts and spices.
