- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil – melted
- 3-4 tablespoons water
Equipment
- Rolling pin
- Pizza cutter (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a bowl add the dry ingredients to mix. Add the oil and then slowly add the water until you can form a firm dough. Mix and knead with your hand until it’s smooth – about 2-3 minutes.
- Place the dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll out until thin and even.
- Cut it with a pizza cutter into squares or any shape of your choice. Carefully pull the parchment paper with the crackers onto a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes (until they are golden and crispy) and serve hot straight out of the oven or let to cool. Will keep for 3 days in an airtight container.
